Ingredients:
6 oz canned kidney beans 1 cup cooked brown rice Finely chopped vegetables (about a cup chopped very finely) Garlic (lots) 3 T. Dijon mustard 2 T. molasses
Directions:
Mash the beans into paste and add the mustard and molasses. Mix well. You can chop up whatever vegetables you like. Onion, yellow, red and green peppers, and celery work well. Put all the ingredients together and mix them. Place them in a sprayed a loaf pan and put the whole thing in the oven at 350. Bake for about an hour.
