Ingredients:
8 ounces tofu 2 T. nutritional yeast 1 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1 cup canned artichoke hearts 1/3 cup cooked spinach
Directions:
Blend tofu, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, balsamic vinegar, and black pepper. Stir in cut up artichokes and spinach. Bake in a casserole dish uncovered for 15 minutes at 275 or until cooked through. Serve with toasted pita or veggie chips. (This doesn't make much so double or triple it if you are having company)
