Ingredients:
1-cup peanut butter 1/2 cup tofu (silken) 1/4 cup soymilk 2 T. raw maple sugar 1 graham cracker piecrust, 9 inch 6 ounces semisweet carob
Directions:
Blend peanut butter, tofu, milk, and maple syrup. Spoon mixture into crust and let chill for an hour. Melt down carob over stovetop and spread over peanut butter mixture. Let firm in refrigerator and cut slices before chocolate is fully hardened. Return to refrigerator and let harden.
