Ingredients:
1 can chickpeas; drained and pureed 1/2 medium onion; grated 1 medium carrot; grated 2 tablespoons Indian relish or pickle 1-tablespoon tomato puree 2 teaspoons ground cumin 1-teaspoon ground coriander 3 tablespoons oatmeal Flour; to coat 1-tablespoon oil
Directions:
Thoroughly mix the first 8 ingredients and shape into 8 balls. Flatten into burger shapes and coat with a little flour. Heat the oil and fry the burgers in batches for 10-12 minutes or grill on well greased surface.
