Ingredients:
One box of Fantastic foods, “Nature’s Burger" mix. 2 to 3 cups of raw veggies, such as, carrots, onion, celery, zucchini, red & green pepper, which have been pulsed in a food processor to small size pieces or finely diced. 2 cloves of garlic, minced 1/2 cup. Cracked wheat 1/2 cup. wheat germ
Directions:
Sauté the veggies in oil, slightly, on medium heat for a few minutes, to par-cook. Add the veggies & 'wheat' ingredients, to the "Burger" mix & toss to coat the veggies then add 1 1/2 cup boiling water Stir and mix well. Shape into patties and allow to rest 10 minutes before grilling.
