It's SO easy. I just toss in two cartons of soup (actually this time I tossed in 1 carton plus 1/2 of two other kinds I had leftover) and some of the canned "Skallops" (which are very similar to chicken), some potatoes, carrots, zucchini, red and yellow onions, celery, peppers of each color, tons of mushrooms. Let it cook all day :-) I make a pot of rice at dinnertime and toss that into it. This time I actually tossed in 2 parts brown rice, 1 part lentils, 1/2 part black beans and 1/2 part barely. You can toss in anything you like to make it thick though.
