Ingredients:
2/3 cup warm water 3 pk yeast 1 T. fructose 8 cup scalded soy milk 2/3 cup shortening 1/2 cup fructose 1/2 cup molasses 2 T. salt 12 cup WW flour (stirred in) 4-6 cups WW flour (kneaded in)
Directions:
Dissolve yeast and 1 T. fructose in warm water while your milk is cooling. Dissolve remaining fructose in the warm milk. Stir all ingredients in large bowl. Turn out and knead about 5 minutes, adding flour if needed. Knead about 5-7 minutes. Let rise until doubled in bulk, about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Knead down and shape into 6 loaves, let rise until doubled in pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Turn out on wire rack and let cool before slicing.
