Ingredients:
4 cups WW flour 1 cup dry soy milk powder or soy protein powder 2 1/2 T. baking powder 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 cup oil
Directions:
Combine all ingredients mixing well until oil is absorbed. Store airtight in the refrigerator. Use in recipes calling for basic mix. Makes about 7 cups.
