Ingredients:
1 batch of basic bread dough or 2 cans ready-made bisquits or quick bread virgin olive oil chopped veggies of choice (bell peppers, sun dried tomatoes, olives, spinach, onions ect) black pepper nutritional yeast minced garlic to taste crushed red pepper to taste
Directions:
Place 3T. olive oil in 9x13 pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle black pepper, crushed red peppers, nutritional yeast and minced garlic heavily. Tear apart bread dough into small pieces and cover the oil/spice layer completely. Brush or spray bread with more oil and sprinkle with finely chopped veggies, soy cheese, nutritional yeast, more garlic and/or any combination of things that sound good to you. Add another layer of bread broken into small pieces. Once the layer of veggies is completely hidden by bread dough, brush or spray oil again and add another layer of veggies, cheese and/or spices. End with a layer of bread. Brush or spray the top of it and set in warm place to rise for approx. 1 hour. Bake at 350 for 30-45min or until bread is browned. Invert and serve warm.
