Ingredients:
4 cups apples cut in chunks 1 T. lemon juice 1/3 WW cup flour 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 cup oatmeal 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 cup melted soy margarine
Directions:
Put apples in shallow 8-inch pan. I spray it a tiny bit just to avoid sticking. Sprinkle apples with lemon juice. Combine all dry ingredients with butter and mix until crumbly. Sprinkle all this over apples and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. You can add raisins, cranberries, nuts or dates if you like. Sometimes I use granola instead of the oatmeal. If you want to cut the fat down you can replace the margarine with juice (orange is best).
