Ingredients:
paprika 1 cup shredded soy cheese 1 cup chopped onion (or 1/2 cup onion and 1/2 cup other veggie) 3/4 cup tofu 1 1/4 cup soy or rice milk 1/2 basic mix (see recipe list) 1 tsp. mustard
Directions:
This pie can be made with or without a crust. If using a crust, follow the directions below after shaping unbaked dough into 9" pie plate, skipping the greasing instruction. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 9" pie dish well and sprinkle with a bit of paprika. Arrange cheese and onion in the pan. Sprinkle lightly with paprika again. Beat tofu with milk, mix and mustard until smooth. Pour over cheese then sprinkle with paprika once more. Bake until set, about 30 mintues. Let stand 10 mintues before serving.
