Ingredients:
2 cartons Imagine Cream of Mush soup (32oz size) 2 cartons Sour Supreme by Tofutti (12oz size) mushrooms onions 1 can meat substitute salt and pepper to taste flour (for thickening)
Directions:
Toss the soup and sour cream into a crock pot and set at medium. Chop up loads of mushrooms (I use several types just to make it interesting) and a few onions and toss into the pot. I don't know how many I use. Just do it until it looks right. Toss in a can of meat substitute after draining and cutting the pieces to small, bite size. Cook this for about an hour and a half. If you need it to cook longer, set the temp lower. If the mixture seems too thin, toss in about 3 tablespoons of a whiter flour (I usually use millet or quinoa) and let it cook for another half hour. If it's already fine just season it to taste and serve over rice or flat noodles.
