Ingredients:
1 pound firm tofu, mashed 1/2 cup rolled oats 1 slice WW finely crumbled 1 small onion, finely chopped 1 1/2 T. finely chopped parsley 3 T. soy sauce 1 teaspoon garlic powder or granules 1/2 tsp. each: basil, oregano, cumin
Directions:
Mix the tofu with the rolled oats, bread crumbs, chopped onion, parsley, soy sauce, and seasonings. Knead for a minute or so, until the mixture holds together. Shape into 8 patties. Lightly spray a large skillet (preferably non-stick) with oil then add the patties and brown on both sides. You can also add small amounts of finely shredded carrots, zucchini, beets, chopped walnuts or sunflower seeds.
