Ingredients:
1 cup well-drained silken tofu (let it rest on towels for an hour or more) 2 T. lecithin granules 2 T. brown rice vinegar or red wine vinegar 2 T. miso 2 T. nutritional yeast 1 T. flaxseed oil 2 tsp. ground yellow mustard seeds (1 T. seeds) 1 tsp. tarragon 1 tsp. white pepper 1 cup black walnuts 1 cup regular walnuts
Directions:
In a food processor, combine all the ingredients except the walnuts and process. Add the walnuts and process until they are finely chopped. Spread on bread or crackers. Store in refrigerator.
