Modifying Recipe "Chocolate Mousse"

Ingredients:
16 oz silken tofu (drained and left to rest on towels) 12 oz semi-sweet or bittersweet vegan chocolate 3 T. raw sugar 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Directions:
Melt chocolate in microwave or double broiler. Puree tofu in food processor. Add melted chocolate and sugar. Process until completely blended, scraping sides down. Add vanilla and finish blending well. Turn mixture into graham or pre-baked pie crust or into serving cups. Chill for one hour before serving.
