Ingredients:
1 package firm or extra firm tofu 8 oz Tofutti cream cheese 1 box frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained) 1/2 cup salsa (or more) 2 cloves garlic 2 T. nutritional yeast 1 T. herb mix (or more) 1 tsp crushed red pepper salt and pepper (to taste)
Directions:
Squeeze the thawed spinach as dry as possible. Place into a medium sized bowl and set aside. Add all other ingredients to a food processor and process until well mixed. Pour into bowl and slowly fold spinach into mixture. Chill and served cold.
