Modifying Recipe "Liqueur Pudding"

Ingredients:
1 pound silken tofu 2 cups chocolate chips, melted 2 ripe bananas liqueur to taste
Directions:
Put the tofu out on towels or in a coffee filter set down in a strainer. Let it rest at room temp for a half hour or so. Squeeze out excess fluid at the end of this period then toss it into a food processor with the bananas. Melt the chocolate in the microwave. Pour it into the food processor then whiz until well blended. Add liqueur to taste (add small amounts, whiz then taste it). You can put this in one shallow pan in the frig or many individual cups. You can also freeze it as popsicles or in cups to eat like Italian ice.
