Ingredients:
1/2 cup raw sugar 1/4 cup brown rice syrup 1/2 cup coconut oil 3 T. maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla 1 egg replaced 1 cup WW flour 1/2 cup protein powder 1/3 cup nutritional yeast 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 1 1/2 cups rolled oats 1 1/2 cups puffed rice or millet 1/2 cup wheat germ 1 cup vegan chocolate chips 1/2 cup chopped nuts 1 cup coconut 1/2 cup sunflower seeds 1/2 cup nut butter 1/2 cup dried fruit 1/2 cup jam/jelly
Directions:
In a large bowl cream sugar, brown rice syrup and oil until fluffy. Add maple syrup, vanilla, and replaced egg. Mix well. Blend in flour, other dry ingredients. Stir in remaining ingredients Press firmly into the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan (or 8x11 for thicker bars). Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Cool, then cut into bars.
