Ingredients:
1 block tofu cubed, frozen and thawed finely grated carrot minced pickle or relish (optional) minced red onion or scallions (or mix) fresh chopped parsley vegan mayo 2 T nutritional yeast 1 T fresh lemon juice 1 T tamari 2 tsp dried dill 1 tsp spicy mustard (brown if you have it) shake onion powder shake garlic powder shake paprika pinch of turmeric, thyme and marjoram salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Mix everything together and refrigerate overnight.
