Ingredients:
1 cup coconut milk 4 heaping tablespoons flaxmeal 1/4 cup oil of choice 2 T maple syrup 1/2 cup sifted coconut flour 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp baking powder
Directions:
Mix first two ingredients and set aside. Mix together last three ingredients. Add milk mixture, oil and maple syrup. Stir well and drop big spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 for 15min. Remove to cooling rack.
