Ingredients:
1 cup cornmeal 1 cup WW flour 2 T sugar 1 T baking powder 1 tsp chili powder 1 tsp salt 2 eggs replaced 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup oil 1-2 T jalapeno pepper 1/2 cup red peppers 1/2 cup onion 1 can corn
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together. Beat together milk, oil and replaced eggs. Add wet to dry ingredients. Place all veggies in food processor and chop lightly. Stir into cornmeal mixture. Pour into a greased square pan. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees
