Ingredients:
For each cup of dry TVP: 1 T vinegar (any kind you like) 1 tsp soy sauce boiling water to the 7/8 line Add: bean sprouts diced onion (minced small) garlic, minced a small grate of ginger squished azuki beans (canned) stir-fry sauce
Directions:
Soak TVP until soft. Add remaining ingredients and hold together with enough stir-fry sauce to get semi-wet consistency. Wrap in crisp, cold lettuce leaves. Garnish with dry oriental noodles if you like.
