Ingredients:
2-3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice 2 tbsp raw agave nectar 1 heaping tbsp dijon mustard 1 tsp dry thyme 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp ground sage 1/4 tsp chives 2 pinches of sea salt few dashes black pepper 2 tsp cornstarch mixed into 1/4 cup water (if using with portobellos, I recommend adding 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar)
Directions:
whisk all ingredients together pour into a skillet and cook over medium heat allow to slightly thicken (occurs while “boiling/bubbling.” stir periodically once thick - to your liking - remove from heat serve immediately.
