Ingredients:
1 400g tin Cannelini Beans 1/2 cup Gluten Flour (Vital Wheat Gluten) 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs 1 Tbsp Olive Oil 1/4 cup Vegetable Stock 2 Tbsp Tamari (or Soy Sauce) 1/4 tsp Salt 1 1/2-2 cloves Garlic 1/2 tsp Lemon Zest 1/2 tsp dried Sage (up this to 3/4 tsp if you like) 10-12 fresh Sage Leaves, chopped finely
Directions:
Mash the beans in a small-medium sized bowl and add remaining ingredients. Knead for about 3 minutes until it all comes together. Divide mixture into 4 pieces and shape as desired.
