Ingredients:
5 cups flour 3 cups mashed yucca (cooked) 2 tsp salt 2 tsp chili powder 1/4 cup achiote oil 1/4-1/2 cups water (added slowly)
Directions:
put everything except the water and oil in a food procesor.............it will turn out like crumbles after you whirl it around some..............drizzle in the oil w/ the processor on............then start slowly adding the water...............as soon as dough forms stop adding water and get it out..............wrap it in plastic wrap and put in the frig for a couple hours
