Ingredients:
2 cups cornmeal 2 cups WW flour 1/2 cup sugar 2 T. baking powder 2 tsp. chili powder 2 tsp. salt 4 eggs replaced 1 cup milk 3/4 cup oil 1 cup red peppers 1 cup onion 2-4 T. jalapeno peppers 2 cans corn
Directions:
mix dry ingredients........mix wet ingredients........stir until just together and fold in the last four ingredients (veggies) bake in sprayed or lined muffin cups for 30 min or until the tops begin to brown........bake at 375
