1 packet yeast sprinkled over 1/4 cup room temp milk 1 cup cold water 1 tsp salt 3 cups flour you let the yeast stand for 5min or so until it starts getting froathy............add the salt to the cold water then to the yeast mixture............stir in the flour 1 cup at a time then knead for 10 min on a floured surface..............cut dough in half............oil the outside of each half and place in two diff sealed bowls.............it will rise so allow room...........leave in the frig overnight then allow to set out at least an hour before using he does mostly WW............he stirs in just WW but then kneads in unbleached you stir in till you can plop it out and knead in so its prolly 2.5 cups he stirs in
