Ingredients:
1 cup WW flour 3/4 cup spelt flour (or any other) 1/4 cup protein powder 1/4 cup sugar (or less, per taste) 2 tsp. baking powder 2 tsp. dry egg replacer For each two cups of this dry mix you need the following: 3 T. flaxmeal soaked in.. 1/2 cup coconut milk (set this mix to the side for 10min) 1/2 cup oil 1 tsp. vanilla approx. 1 3/4 cup of milk (add the last 1/2 cup slowly to achieve the thickness you are seeking)
