Ingredients:
Cashews (a handful) Clementines (I used 2) Garlic powder (a few dashes) Ginger powder (a few dashes) Shoyu sauce (just a splash) Water Ground black pepper
Directions:
Soak cashews for 15 – 20 minutes, rinse and drain and place into a high speed blender. Add two whole, peeled clementines. Add garlic, ginger and Shoyu sauce. Blend and add water as necessary (to desired consistency) http://jlgoesvegan.com/asian-fried-chickn-salad/
