Ingredients:
Shell Noodles, uncooked Carrots, diced or shredded Peas, fresh or frozen Vegan Mayo (bought or homemade) Garlic Powder Onion Powder Bacos (or other imitation bacon bits) Salt & Pepper
Directions:
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add the pasta, carrots, and peas. Cook according time on the noodle package. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, mix together the mayo, spices, bacos, and salt and pepper. Taste the mixture and adjust your ingredients as needed to get that bold ‘ranch’ flavor. Drain the pasta, carrot, and pea mixture and rinse under cold water briefly. Add the pasta to the mayo mixture and stir well.
