Modifying Recipe "Perhaps Pumpkin Oat Cookies"

Ingredients:
2 C. Flour 1 1/3 C. Rolled Oats 1 tsp. Baking Soda 3/4 tsp. Salt 1 tsp. Cinnamon 1/2 tsp. Nutmeg 1 2/3 C. Sugar 2/3 C. Canola Oil(I used 1/3C oil and 1/3C more pumpkin) 2 Tbs. Molasses(Didn't have any) 1 C. Pumpkin Puree (canned or fresh) NOT PUMPKIN PIE FILLING 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract Chopped pecans or whatever you like.
Directions:
Preheat oven: 350 degrees Mix ingredients. Place tablespoon globs on lightly greased/ Pam'd cookie sheet.(I used a silicone liner) Bake for 16 minutes for chewy goodness, and 19 for crunchy-chewy goodness.
