Ingredients:
15 1/2 oz can chickpeas 2 or 3 cloves of chopped garlic 4 T. powdered tofu fiber 1 cup water 1 T. balsamic vinegar 2 tsp ground cumin 2 tsp lemon or lime juice
Directions:
Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Puree for one minute. Serve chilled.
