Ingredients:
Meatballs or lunchmeat (leave out beans for lunchmeat) 1 cup vegetable broth 1/2 cup pinto beans 2 Tbs soy sauce 2 Tbs vegan Worchesterchire sauce 2 Tbs olive oil 1/4 cup nutmeal or breadcrumbs 3 Tbs oatmeal 1 cup vital wheat gluten 2 Tbs tapioca 1 tablespoon of onion and garlic powder (scant tablespoon) 1 teaspoon each of fennel (optional) sage parsley oregano thyme 1/2 teaspoon of: red pepper flakes paprika cumin
Directions:
In a blender or food processor: 2 tablepoons soy sauce and worchesterchire sauce 1 cup veggie broth 1/2 cup beans (soft beans--rinsed and drained) 2 tablespoons oil mix wet in dry. knead 2-3 minutes, rest, knead 1-2 minutes. cut evenly or shape for meatballs, foil(optional. too much work for me), steam in water/beer/onion for 45 minutes
