Ingredients:
1 broccoli head 1 cauliflower head 1 cabbage head, medium size 1 cup almonds, chopped 1 tbs garlic cloves, minced 2 tbs ginger minced 1/4 Cup low sodium soy 1 tbs miso 2 juice from 2 oranges, squeezed (no seeds) 2 tbs sesame oil - optional
Directions:
In food processor chop all veggies wicked small, the idea here is that everything can fit on your spoon or fork if you don't have a processor chop fine with a knife. Add all veggies to bowl. In separate bowl mix all wet ingredients. combine dressing with veggies and top with chopped almonds when serving.
