Ingredients:
6 C. sweet apple cider, well chilled 1 1/2 C. blanched almonds, finely ground 1/4 C. Brazil nuts, finely ground 1 1/2 t. vanilla 1 t. cinnamon 3/4 t. nutmeg
Directions:
In a blender or food processor, combine all of the ingredients, and blend for 2 minutes. Strain the mixture through a sieve to remove any lumps. Serve as a beverage or use as a non-dairy milk substitute in your favorite recipes. It's especially good for those who enjoy milk in their coffee or tea. Stores in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
