Modifying Recipe "Fruit Freeze"

Ingredients:
1 - 14 oz. can crushed pineapple 4 bananas, peeled 2 C. orange juice 1 t. vanilla
Directions:
Drain the crushed pineapple and reserve the juice. Line a cookie sheet with plastic wrap and spread the drained pineapple evenly over the plastic. Line the peeled bananas around the edges. Place in the freezer for several hours or until fruit is thoroughly frozen. In a blender or food processor, combine the frozen fruit, reserved pineapple juice, and the remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth. Serve immediately in 6 chilled glasses or fruit cups. Our children love this.
