Modifying Recipe "Pumpkin Pie"

Ingredients:
9" piecrust 2 cups cooked drained and mashed pumpkin (or canned pumpkin) 2 packages 10-1/2 oz soft silken tofu 3/4 cup granulated sugar 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp ginger 1/4 tsp ground cloves 1/4 tsp allspice 1/2 tsp nutmeg
Directions:
Prepare piecrust. Blend remaining ingredients in a blender or food processor. Pour blended mixture into the crust and bake at 350F for 50-60 minutes or until knife inserted into the center of the pie comes out almost clean. (As I said I make this recipe with no crust. I lightly oil (with a spray can) some custard cups and pour it into them. I place each one in a lasagna pan filled about half way with water and bake them until they are set)
