Black Bean Skillet
Ingredients:
- 5 cups black beans
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 green bell pepper chopped
- 1 red bell pepper chopped
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 1 T raw garlic
- 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
Directions:
Sauté onion, garlic, and bell pepper with a little water in a covered pan on medium until tender. Stir in black beans, brown rice, tomatoes, red pepper, and chili powder. Heat through completely.
