Lime Pie
Ingredients:
- 12 ounces tofu (silken)
- 1/4 cup limeade, frozen concentrate
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 graham cracker crumb piecrust
Directions:
Blend tofu, cornstarch, vanilla and limeade for a couple minutes until very smooth. Pour into crust and chill.
