Burgers (Millet)

Directions:

Bring water to a boil, and add the salt. Set aside. In a large pot over medium-heat, stir the one Tablespoon olive oil, the millet, and cayenne together for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the boiling water and reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 35 minutes. Add the vegetables, and then simmer for another 5 minutes. Mix in the flour and let cool for 20 minutes. Pat the mixture into burger-shapes, and sauté, or grill on greased surface, 3 or 4 minutes per side, or until crisp.
