Rice Pudding (Banana)

Ingredients:

• 3 cups rice milk or nonfat milk
• 1 cup short grain rice (arborio, sweet, etc)
• 3 bananas, mashed
• 1/2 cup fructose
• 1 tps vanilla
• 1/2 tsp nutmeg

Directions:

Stir all ingredients together. Pour into a sprayed casserole dish. Bake at 350 for about 75-90 minutes. Stir this occasionally while it's baking. I usually don't stir it for the last 15min or so.
