Pepper Relish



Use your food processor to pulse the peppers and onions into small pieces. Place in pot and pour boiling water to cover. Place lid tightly over contents and set aside for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, mix vinegar, fructose and salt. Drain all the water completely off the peppers and replace in pot. Pour vinegar mixture over the top. Simmer on medium to low heat for 15 minutes. Let cool, and then freeze in airtight containers.
