Put all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth. Then pour into a medium saucepan and cook on med heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens (about 3-4 minutes) pour into dessert glasses and chill at least 3 hours before serving.
I usually chunk up bananas and almond cookies into each glass before pouring in the pudding but you don't have to. :-)
