I used two packages of seasoned bread crumbs and put in chopped onion and grated carrots and zucchini. I then mixed it with enough unchicken broth to make it stuffing consistency. I spread it out in a sprayed 9x13 pan. I put two boxes of frozen broccoli over the top, then spread gluten chicken strips over that. Then I poured 1 carton of cream of broccoli soup (but you could use any cream soup) and baked it. They LOVED it.
