Multigrain Pancakes

The basic mix can be made in advance and stored, refrigerated in airtight containers. Process oats in food processor, then add other ingredients and continue processing. Makes about 4 cups.

To make pancakes from the basic mix, combine milk, oil and replaced eggs. Stir well. Add pancake mix and stir gently until smooth. Batter will be slightly thick.

Spoon about 1/4 cup batter onto a hot nonstick griddle or skillet coated with cooking spray. Turn when covered with bubbles and edges look cooked.
