Berry "Butter\n"



In the bowl of a food processor, puree berries. Press through sieve to remove seeds or skins, then set aside. Add the margarine to the food processor bowl and beat until light and fluffy, 1-2 minutes. Add berry puree, fructose and lemon juice. Beat at medium speed until well mixed. Cover and store in refrigerator. Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes before serving.
