*Bread Sticks* (uses Basic Mix)



Preheat oven to 400. Oil baking sheet and set aside.

Mix mix and cornmeal. Add water and stir until dough forms. Knead gently in bowl until dough sticks together adding a little more water if needed.

Pinch off balls about 1 1/2" in diameter and roll between palms into cigars about 3 1/2" long. Moisten slightly with wet hands and roll in sesame seeds to cover.

Bake on baking sheet about 20 minutes, or until golden. Serve warm or at room temperature. Great when dunked in marinara sauce.

Makes about 16 bread sticks.
