*Easy Pot Pie* (uses Basic Mix)

Ingredients:

• 6 cup cooked beans, vegetables or other leftovers
• 1-2 cups gravy or creamed soup
• 1 1/2 cups basic mix
• 1/2 cup water
• 1 T. fructose

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400. Fill a sprayed casserole dish about 3/4 full with mixture to be covered. Combine mix, water and fructose until well moistened.

Drop by spoonfuls onto filling. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until nicely browned.
