Artichoke Spread

Ingredients:

• 1 (13 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
• 1 (8 ounce) package soy cream cheese
• 1 cup grated nutritional yeast
• 1/2 cup canola mayonnaise
• 1 clove garlic, peeled
• 3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper

Directions:

Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor. Process until all items are well blended. Refrigerate before serving.
