Artichoke Spread
Ingredients:
- 1 (13 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 (8 ounce) package soy cream cheese
- 1 cup grated nutritional yeast
- 1/2 cup canola mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Directions:
Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor. Process until all items are well blended. Refrigerate before serving.
