Spicy Thousand Island Dressing



All measurements are approximate as I do this recipe by handfuls, pinches, scoops and thwaks each time plus lots of finger dipping and tasting to be sure it's good. :-)

Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and process until completely mixed. Taste and add chili powder to desired heat. Process again until blended. Chili sauce and/or vinegar can be added to thin the mixture to desired consistency. If you get it too hot, just add a tablespoon or two of ketchup and blend again.
